REQUIREMENTS FOR PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION

 

Age Requirements:               Children entering the 3-year-old program must reach their 3rd birthday by December 1.

 

Children entering the 4-year-old program

must reach their 4th birthday by December 1.

 

ALL CHILDREN MUST BE POTTY TRAINED.

 

Proof of Age:                         An original birth certificate with a raised seal is the required proof of age.

 

Immunizations:                      Appropriate immunizations are New York State mandated
